Brewers' Comments

We had a small magnitude 3.0 earthquake while brewing this beer, hence the name. The attenuation went a bit far on this one. The combination of Northern Brewer hops and the San Francisco lager yeast are the secret to a true-to-style performance here. In addition, I kept a pretty close eye on the fermentation temperature aided by cool Janaury weather.
